Head Chef - Matthew Inkley

I have 20 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, with the past 3 years spent creating specialty dishes specialising in indigenous ingredients as part of the Culshaw’s Restaurant team. Prior to joining the Culshaw’s Restaurant team, I spent time growing my knowledge at International Hotels and iconic Adelaide restaurants.

I have travelled to various parts of the world to learn about the many flavours and styles of cuisines that these Countries are renowned for, with a keen interest in German and Spanish cuisines based on my family background. My most recent challenge has been using native indigenous Australian ingredients, combined with my  existing knowledge to create dishes that showcase the best of what South Australia has to offer.

Sous Chef - Correy Franze

 

Working as a chef has been a part of my life for almost a decade now. No two days are ever the same and each working day you learn something new. I thrive off the thrills hospitality provides - along with the pressures of working in a commercial kitchen. I have recently fallen in love with experimenting and cooking with Australian natives, eating native Australian food is an experience which I hope to show you. 

 

Function Sales Executive - Marissa Lee

With a strong background in hospitality spanning over 7 years and 2 and a half years of that spent in London I am looking forward to being back in Adelaide working at an exciting venue.I have a passion for travelling and food and I am looking forward to using my knowledge to create your ideal function at the Hotel.
